Harry Stone was born in Winchester and, therefore, was expected to follow classical music through the choir. With the cathedral looming as the tradition over the city, Stone instead looked to video games where it became associated with racing electronic music.
Later, he learned how to create beats and began to study discographies of artists such as Burial and James Blake. “It came after a long phase of me being an extrovert,” Harry recalls, then “a few things happened that threw me into being an introvert.”
When Harry Stone released his first single “Loaded” which was about the rite of passage and the power of music to help people overcome their struggles, it was evident that he has a way of dealing with post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety.
